Conference Outdoor Cookout Banquet

This year’s conference dinner will take place under the beautiful Central Australian evening skies.

This outdoor participatory catering event is facilitated by BushWok Cooking, an Alice Springs-based social enterprise.

Delegates will form teams to slice and dice their way through the raw ingredients in preparation for using a wood-fired Flour-Drum Stove to cook their contribution to the conference dinner banquet.

All equipment, ingredients and recipes will be provided. Vegetarian options will be available and all ingredients used will be gluten free.

This is an alcohol free event, and casual attire and covered footwear is highly recommended.
