Recharge with the Earth— a grounding experience through the wisdom of the Four Elements.

During the evening, participants will:

  • Learn the meaning of the Four Elements and how they bring balance to our lives.
  • Experience a guided Earth meditation to ground, relax, and restore inner calm.
  • Set an intention and create a Four Elements Mandala using crystals and natural materials.
  • Enjoy herbal tea in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
