Rotary Club of Milton Ulladulla presents A Taste of the Sea

Hats off to Tony Lavalle and the Ulladulla Fishermen's Co-op for providing the freshest and best local seafood. Tony will be speaking on his career in the fishing industry and a bit Killara Catering & Events. Jake will be speaking on the magic preparation for this scrumptious feast.

Phil Harte of Phil Harte International is our third speaker. Phil is a Chef, Photographer and Publisher. Phil will be speaking on his latest wins, bringing fresh seafood to regional areas, as well as sharing a secret or two on cooking seafood perfectly. You can also catch Phil 2pm Easter Sunday, wharf precinct hosting seafood cooking demonstrations.

We are so chuffed to have Dr. Pia Winberg, Marine Ecologist and founder of PhycoHealth and #VenusShellSystems, as our Keynote Speaker. Pia will be bringing a selection of her seaweed products.

Guests will enjoy a drink upon arrival and entertainment from Met & Maya
