It is time to enjoy the lightness of body and mind that the essence of Spring brings out in us. Enjoy this mini Dru yoga retreat and shrug off any Winter heaviness that may still be accumulated inside. 

We will spend 2 hours doing deliciously restorative yoga, journaling and meditation. Take this time to reconnect with what is the most important in your heart. 

Let us celebrate Spring and bring a sense of lightness and joy into our lives. Taking action from a place of inner wisdom is the most productive thing we can do for ourselves. I am so excited to be sharing this with you!
