Tynan Wines Christmas in July Dinner Sat 26 July 2025

The meal will again be prepared by our wonderful caterers,Delectable Delicacies (Gill & Mario). The ticket price includes a welcoming glass of Tynan Wines award-winning Silver medal Sparkling Prosecco, and a taste of our recommended matching wine for each course; with additional wine available at cellar door prices by the glass or bottle. The dinner format is long table at our Salamander Bay Cellar Door, and tickets are limited to 24 people. Dress code is casual, with Christmas attire encouraged! Cost is $105/person + booking fee.

• Course 1: Seared scallops with pancetta crumb and pea puree
• Course 2: Fresh cooked prawns with 2 sauces. Salsa Verde and Dill & Caper Mayonnaise
• Course 3: Tomato & Goats cheese Tart with spiced Gazpacho
• Course 4: Crispy Roasted Pork with spiced cherry sauce, and apple cider gravy, honey roasted pumpkin, Feta & Rocket Salad
• Course 5: Coconut & Raspberry Roulade with raspberry sauce & tipsy cherries.
