PAR3

PAR3 is a soul jazz organ trio that takes stylistic cues from artists of the 60s/ 70s like Jimmy Smith, Jimmy McGriff & Grant Green but with a contemporary twist using updated grooves & original tunes.  This project is the brainchild of SCOTT SAUNDERS of dig (directions in groove) on organ, with the scintillating beats of IVAN JORDAN, on drums & the ultra-tasteful stylings of SAM ROLLINGS on guitar. These three highly experienced groove exponents have impressive & extensive CVs with a long list of celebrated artists. The repertoire comprises originals, mixed with vintage funky organ Jams & reinvented versions of classic pop songs.

This is music that is positive, soulful, & most importantly, it grooves!
