A SUNDAY SANCTUARY FOR BODY, MIND & SPIRIT

Join us for a deeply restorative Sunday afternoon as we co-create a gentle, powerful collaboration between stillness and sound.

Yin Yoga with Mel McLaughlin

First, sink into a slow, floor-based yin practice designed to calm the mind, open the body and soften the edges of your nervous system. Through long-held postures and intentional breath, we'll create space in the fascia, joints and subtle body, preparing you, quite literally, at a cellular level to receive.

Sound Healing with Emmalene Sliwka

Once the body is softened and the mind is quiet, you'll be invited to rest fully in savasana while Emmalene, an exquisitely gifted sound healer, weaves a tapestry of vibration through crystal bowls, chimes, voice and more. The sound waves gently travel through the water in your body, the cells, the fascia, the organs, resonating, releasing and recalibrating you from the inside out.

All levels welcome. No prior yoga or sound healing experience needed, just bring your body, an open heart, and perhaps a cosy blanket or eye pillow.
