Australian Rotaract Conference 2015

This event is for Rotaract members from all clubs across Australia.

The Australian Rotaract Conference will be held in Hobart on the weekend of the 10th and 11th of October 2015 with a social event on the evening of the 9th.

The social event on the Friday evening will start at 3:30pm at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, Sandy Bay.

Registration for the conference on the 10th will open at 8:00am at the Baha'i Centre venue with the conference starting at 8:30am.

The conference will finish at 1:30pm on the 11th with the potential for delegates to go on to another activity at the close of conference.

The best way to get to and from the Hobart airport is via shuttle bus or taxi.

Friday night social event includes:

• Attendance on the evening of the 9th of October
• Opportunity to sail on the Derwent River
• Two course dinner
• Activities

Conference registration includes:

• Attendance to ARC for the 10th and 11th of October
• Saturday morning tea
• Saturday lunch
• Saturday afternoon tea
• Sunday morning tea

Conference Dinner includes:

• Dinner
• Entertainment

Any tickets purchased to attend the Friday Night Event after  Tuesday 29 September will not include the opportunity to go sailing, however, you are welcome to attend, support the others and have dinner.

If you would like to get the bus to the Friday Night Social Event, please select the bus ticket. The Bus will leave 3:00pm from Dunn Place, Hobart to the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania and will depart the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania at 9:30pm. There are a limited 50 places available.
