2015 Music for Life Black and White Ball

With a success rate of just 24%, Brain cancer is on the increase across Western Sydney. Music for Life is committed to not only raising much needed funds for Brain Cancer Research but is also dedicated to raising and maintaining awareness of this crippling disease. Unlike some fields of cancer research, brain cancer research only receives a fraction of funding compared to other foundations.

To date, Music for Life has raised over $245,000 that has gone directly to Assoc Prof Charlie Teo’s Cure Brain Cancer Foundation. The foundationis driving the national research agenda for brain cancer. As the largest dedicated fundraiser for brain cancer research in Australia, they are mobilising communities. Their mission is bold: to increase five-year survival to 50% within 10 years. Together through a coordinated effort between research, patients, government and community and the support of events like Music for Life we will succeed.

The 2015 Music for Life Masquerade Ball will be held on Friday 12^th June inside the Panthers Pavilion and Penrith Panthers Leagues Club
