Raising funds to build a library for the East African Mission Orphanage School in Nakuru in central Kenya. We all know how essential reading is to building literacy in children. These children love to read but have no local library, no school library and no computers.
'Singing for Kids in Kenya'
An afternoon of popular and light classics that speak to the soul.
Three wonderful talents and the beautiful tones of the Pitt St Uniting Church pipe organ all under the one roof and in one concert.
Ross Johnston on the beautiful pipe organ. When Ross plays this organ, applause is the enthusiastic and spontaneous response. In his hands it speaks dances and inspires. Robert Teicher - is the Musical Director of the choir and is also a soloist and pianist in his own right. We are excited to have Robert perform solo for us and also with the choir. |
The 'With One Voice-Sydney' Community Choir This wonderfully eclectic and multicultural group of singers will sometimes bring tears to your eyes and other times have you dancing in the aisle with their enthusiastic rendition of everything from 60s folk to Broadway. You cannot help but be inspired by their music, their enthusiasm and their spontaneity! They love to sing and they will touch your heart. |
