The relaxed surrounds of the first floor of Bathers Beach House will be yours to enjoy as you and your fellow diners are hosted by the internationally acclaimed chief wine maker of Vasse Felix - Virginia Willcock.
The night begins at 6pm with freshly shucked oysters and vasse felix blanc de blancs on arrival, cocktail style, while the sun sets.
At 6.45pm take your place at dinner for the Ultimate Long Table Dining Experience. Bathers Beach House head chef, Ross Tyre, has created four fantastic courses to compliment a selection of sought-after Vasse Felix wines, including the Margaret River icons Heytesbury and Heytesbury Chardonnay.
