All medical practitioners have legal and professional obligations to make and maintain medical records. Good medical records are essential for the provision of good patient care and can also be a medical practitioner’s best defence to a complaint or claim. Further, medical practitioners and practices will often need to respond to requests for medical records of their patients, and these requests can come in a variety of forms.

This webinar will provide you with practical information regarding the medical record-keeping and privacy obligations for private practices.
