HEAVY Warehouse Party Vol. 1

HEAVY are proud to announce their first installment of summer parties. 

Set to run at a yet to be disclosed warehouse located in North Melbourne, the HEAVY warehouse party Vol. 1 is exactly that; HEAVY, and here’s why:

FANTASTIC MAN   //   Part Fantastic. Part Man. Mic Newman’s alias, Fantastic Man, is one of the most forward-thinking and prolific projects to come out of Australia in recent years. Somewhat of a hometown hero, now based in Berlin, he returns to help kick things off in style.

ANDRAS FOX   //   Based around drum machine rhythms and new age synths, his original tape recordings are simultaneously contemporary in sound and difficult to carbon date, slipping comfortably between Library Music, early 90s House and Synth Instrumentals. Renowned here in Melbourne, he will provide vital ingredients to make the HEAVY warehouse party Vol. 1 a definite vibe.

MALL GRAB   //   Heady, head in the burbs dance culminations from Newcastle, Australia. Mall Grab’s ethereality is shadowy, mixed with familiar night drive sensations and drugged out Strictly Rhythm vibes; mildly celestial “hella stoned” introspections that pay homage to old Three 6 Mafia mixtapes as much as more recent astral experiences in house and techno.

DISRUTE   //   Deep, dark, eternal. Local legend Disrute will open a chasm in your brain and fill it with the sounds of glaciers and volcanoes shifting imperceptibly through the endless sands of time.
