Sole Practice
is booming. How do I succeed in an increasingly competitive market?
Typical sole practitioner questions may include:
-
How can I
increase income from new
and existing clients
?
-
What are the ingredients of a simple
success plan?
-
What does it take to keep
motivated
-
How can I
get my name and brand
known?
-
How do I generate new ideas
and
become
more creative and innovative
-
What are the best ways to
et organized, be
more productive and get more done
-
What should I do to develop myself
professionally?
-
What are the secretes of keeping
records?
-
What are the key things I need to know
about making money in a sole practice?
-
How can I develop alliances to get some
leverage?
-
What are the longer term prospects for
sole practitioners?
There
is no 'best way' to succeed in sole practice. It often takes many
years before a sole practitioner wakes up one day and realises
that they are in fact successful. Many don't last the distance. Ever
increasing numbers of sole practitioners are entering the market
daily. What's your point of difference?
The Sole Practice Intensive ,
launched as the
Holistic Practice Cafe
in mid 2007, comprises 6 x 1.5 hr facilitated sessions
run in a Learning Café format. You will have the opportunity to share
the 'pain' and 'successes' of your sole practice with others in the
same boat as you.
The sessions employ a self directed learning approach
supported by e-learning modules for each group session. Group sessions
are practical, experiential, cut to the bare essentials with no
lecturing and no PowerPoint. The content is dynamic, adapting to your
needs. In each session you will learn and practice key use-now tools
and skills.
The Practice Café is a unique, facilitated learning environment that is
non-threatening, game-like, fun, yet powerful. Each month you will
learn a new aspect of making your practice successful.
Learn from each
other – the most powerful way to learn.
During the week you will put the aspect into practice with the support
of your peers.
Have a “Learning
Buddy” to motivate and swap ideas with each other throughout following
week.
Develop, implement and imbed one aspect of your practice each month
Involves individual and group work assignments
This program is suitable for sole practitioners
wanting to grow and make
their practice successful.
Those
who could benefit from The Holistic & Sole Practice Café include
anyone working alone
usually from home especially holistic practitioners and healers,
coaches, consultants, facilitators, writers, and other professional
pursuits.
