SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOP

MINDFUL ART THERAPY FOR SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN

This workshop is facilitated by two qualified Arts Therapists and is designed to encourage children to practice mindfulness and to explore their own creativity in a fun & supportive space.

Healing Wings Art Therapy & Real Connections Art Therapy have come together to create a special 2.5-hour holiday workshop for primary school aged children, to explore and interact with others. They will create and decorate their own pot plant to take home and care for. Children will not only learn to explore their own creativity, but also gain valuable skills & resources on how to manage their feelings & emotions.
