Testimonials
When I was introduced to innergi I saw the great potential it offered the end user and any organisation that facilitated its use.
Individuals need as much help as possible in understanding financial themes and concepts. This is so that they will not be taken advantage of, have confidence in what they manage personally and know when an issue is beyond them. At that point they are encouraged to turn to professional help. innergi delivers on all of these critical issues.
innergi is a fee for service offering. It is prepared by professionals and is checked by other experienced professionals. It has a risk management process, which is a critical aspect for any intermediary that intends delivering this service for members, staff and or clients.
I am attracted to the quiz facility and money personality profiling that deliver measurable outcomes which empower the user and helps any adviser and/or employer in the process. The pricing model seems to be attractive and when the risk management aspects are taken into account it represents positively low cost and excellent value for money. I see this as a standout difference between innergi and other on-line financial services education services.
I have been part of the securities and financial services industry for 48 years. I am in an excellent position to have a view, indeed a very favourable view of innergi, and of those who have created it and those who are part of its development and evolution.
innergi has the potential to make a mammoth positive influence on the personal financial health of Australians.

Speaking as a HR and Recruitment practitioner I am excited about the innergi product and the effect it is having not only on individuals but on business. This product with its independence eliminates the employer’s fear of dealing in financial advice and allows an employer to pass on education to their team.
I have been advising all of my clients that innergi is a modern day employer of choice program that is cost effective and simple to administer. It adds value to the employer – employee relationship and can enhance your bottom line.
The investment made by smart employers into this program leads to employee engagement due to a number of factors and it also leads to employee retention. This is due to employee’s feeling valued and having greater financial awareness.
I personally have been using innergi for some time now and it has been a great medium for my wife and I to come together to discuss sensitive financial issues. Imagine your employees having the ability to sit down in the comfort of their own home with their partner / family and work through the education process. This is off the clock meaning they have more time to focus on the job you need them to do.
In today’s ever changing employment market innergi is a constant that will enhance your workplace culture.

A quick story from Matt Linnert
Ten years ago a friend told me that he didn’t want his employees to do too well with their money. The reason for this included “they will be able to retire too soon” and “they won’t be as motivated”. It was an interesting response that sits at the opposite end from my philosophy.
I believe that if you help your employees do well with the money you pay them, they are more likely to have increased pay satisfaction. Further to that, employees who are both financially confident and competent, experience less financial stress, and are more able to focus on the job at hand. This in itself is important for organisational drivers such as productivity, as well as the more invisible drivers, such as culture.
While there is a mountain of research that says financially educated employees are valuable for any organisation, there are few resources or services that deliver cost and time effective education, inspiration and understanding.
Five years ago I teamed up with Robert Skinner to go about changing this.
Today, we are proud to have developed, and now delivering, a real solution that employers can use to make a difference in the lives of their employees, their families and the broader community.
Look forward to seeing you at the seminar.
