David Roland, author of How I Rescued My Brain, brings both clinical knowledge and personal experience to his workshops. 

David generates a safe and friendly environment for beginner to experienced writers to re-examine and re-tell their stories through structured life writing.

These key writing exercise will help you explore ways writing can help you move through difficult emotions, integrate past emotional upheavals and heighten positive experiences. 

It’s one way of bringing the brain’s non-conscious memories into clearer focus.  

Your level of writing skill is unimportant and you will not be asked to read out what you have written.
