Knox City Council and Knox Leisureworks proudly support the Knox Carers Exercise Class. 

Each Wednesday during term time - 12.30 - 1.30pm boot camp style class with a qualified personal trainer.

Do you provide unpaid care for a person living with a disability, who is ageing or a mental health condition? Do you live, work or play in Knox?

Free for carers and suitable for beginner - complimentary hot drink and casual chat with other carers at the end of the class.
