This Meeting will be conducted under the current Formula 500's Australia Inc. Supplementary Racing Regulations, Australian Speedway Racing Rules and Regulations and these Supplementary Regulations.

ENTRY

Drivers wishing to enter the venues must be familiar with the above mentioned Rules and Regulations.

ENTRY FOR MEETING

·All Nominations to be completed online

·Nominations will be open until Sunday 13th Sept 2026 5pm - Entry Fee: $75 

Late Nominations $75 and will start all heats from rear off the field

WITHDRAWING FROM A RACE MEETING

·Drivers must notify the co-ordinator prior to sign-in deadline on the day of racing.

SIGN-IN

·Race car must be in the pits when driver signs in.

·All entered drivers must sign-in at the club trailer between the sign-in time 2.45pm - 3.15pm  (times may change, keep an eye on social media leading up to event)

·Any driver who does not sign-in on race day by the sign-in deadline may be deemed as a late entry and will start ROF for heats.

RACE FORMAT

RACE FORMAT IS SUBJECT TO CAR NUMBERS

Heats: ·Each driver will contest a minimum of 2 heats – pill draw conducted at sign in to determine starting position for first round of heats. Second round of heats starting position will be an inversion of round 1 heat line up & rows swapped where possible.

Heat points: will be utilising the Sprintcar format –

1^st - 25 5^th - 15 9^th - 7 13^th and back - 1

2^nd - 22 6^th - 13 10^th - 5

3^rd - 19 7^th - 11 11^th - 3

4^th - 17 8^th - 9 12^th - 2

A Main: 15 - 20 Laps depending on car count. Top 24  point scorers in the heats to go directly into the A Main. Top 6 point scorers will redraw a pill (1-6) for starting position in the feature. Positions 7th onwards will be determined by heat points. Tied points will be decided by fastest lap times from heats. 

B Main: (if required) Top 18 cars on points will go directly to A Main & remaining cars will run B Main - no. of cars to start B & transfer may be modified on the night due to number off entries.

A Main Points

1^st - 36 5^th - 26 9^th - 18 13^th - 14 17^th - 10

2^nd - 33 6^th - 24 10^th - 17 14^th - 13 18^th - 9

3^rd - 30 7^th - 22 11^th - 16 15^th - 12

4^th - 28 8^th - 20 12^th - 15 16^th - 11

All cars must display meeting sponsors sticker/s if provided.  All sponsor stickers also must be display on top wing outside left side panel. (Stickers will be provided). Failure to do so will result in no points or prize money.

LICENCES

Each accepted driver must produce a current Speedway Australia Licence at sign-in.

LAPPED CARS

On all race restarts lapped cars will take their place at the rear of the field.

PRESENTATIONS

Presentations for 1st to 3rd in the A-Main will be held on the infield at completion of the main event.

TRANSPONDERS

Electronic timing Transponders will be used.

Drivers will be responsible for lost or damaged hired transponders or any hired transponder not returned.

Any car not having a working transponder may not be lap scored.

Any car crossing the start/finish line under the pole line may not be lap scored.

RACECEIVERS

All drivers must race with a working Raceceiver (and ear pieces).

The Brisbane Formula 500 Club and/or the Event Co-ordinator may amend parts of these supplementary regulations.

Sign-in times may change, all nominated drivers will be advised via text message of any changes.

All race results will be uploaded on www.mylaps.com as soon as possible after each meeting.
