AAC Implementation Half Day Training

Learning Outcomes:

• For participants to review foundational AAC implementation strategies (environment, aided language input, modelling, prompting)
• For participants to identify ways to support communication partners
• For participants to understand how to get a device ready for implementation support
• For participants to identify how to utilise electronic and paper-based data collection to track progress over time. 

This training is designed for:

• Speech Pathologists supporting AAC users
• Teachers and education assistants
• Parents and carers of AAC users
• Support workers

This is a face to face training event held over 3 hours. This session will not be recorded or offered online.
