Living Well through the Higher School Certificate with Dr Michael Carr-Gregg

Senior students, teachers, parents and carers are invited to hear from one of Australia’s leading authorities on teenage behaviour and learn about studying smarter, dealing with stress and anxiety, how to keep things in perspective and live well during Year 12 and the Higher School Certificate.

This event will be relevant for Year 11 and 12 students and teachers, as well as parents, carers and others who are supporting young people.

The key areas covered in the presentation will revolved around the latest research on:

  • Sleep
  • Diet
  • Study techniques
  • Memory
  • Role of parents

Dr Michael Carr-Gregg is one of Australia's highest profile psychologists.
