Have you been introduced to Fermented Veg and like what you have tasted? Would you like to learn how this amazingly simple tradition is making a come back and why? Have you been told to start eating fermented food for the health of your gut?

Come along to my Fermented Foods workshop where we will focus on fermenting veggies and I will also show you how to make a bonus Fermented Cashew Cheese.  Its simple, its cheaper to do it yourself and the health benefits, (if fermented veg is for you) are bountiful.

What to bring

  • water bottle to keep hydrated 
  • large sharp knife
  • chopping board
  • 3 good size jars around 750 mls and a small one to take home a sample of the Cashew cheese.

I will have

  • beautiful fresh produce
  • bowls
  • the handout and some pens for extra notes
  • my personal experience

Lets enjoy an afternoon of shredding cabbage and sharing in the joy of being amongst like minded people where I will support you and answer any questions and concerns you may have.

Bookings are essential as space is limited and numbers are needed to confirm the space and amount of produce.
