The Upbeat Retreat is a unique blend of workshops and classes that have been designed to nourish your mind, body and soul , treating you to a truly refreshing, blissful (and fun!) day out. 

A little more up-tempo than your usual retreat, this day out will still provide time and opportunity to connect with other lovely ladies, many mindful moments and a sense of rejuvenation and relaxation.

The Upbeat Retreat is the perfect way to treat yourself to a day of...

- Mindfulness & Self Love 
Engage in a one hour workshop session of meaningful mindfulness with Rachael Kable (host of The Mindful Kind podcast) who will gently guide you through several mindfulness practices, including meditations, journaling exercises and gratitude activities. You will discover simple and interesting ways to incorporate mindfulness into your life to help you manage stress, tap into calm and clarity and uncover limiting beliefs. Hear personal stories from Rachael's own experiences with mindfulness, including overcoming fear of public speaking, building stronger relationships and becoming more grateful (and a whole lot happier, as a result!).

- Great Tunes and Yoga Moves.
TWOSIX Wellness will lead you through a refreshing 50 minute hip hop yoga class, beautifully balanced for all ages and abilities. Hip Hop Yoga is essentially a standard Yoga Class accompanied by some upbeat tunes that will have you trying to resist a Beyonce booty shake whilst in downward dog!
*Please note that yoga mats will be provided on the day. 


- A Nourishing Lunch.
Enjoy a fresh and delicious lunch whilst  connecting with other lovely likeminded guests. 

- Laughter and Connection.
A guaranteed energy booster and a total blast, this Laughter Yoga class with Em Paterson will leave your cheeks hurting from big belly laughs. This 45 minute class won't have you in any triangle or cobra poses like traditional Yoga, but it will give your vocal cords a great work out in the best kind of way! Laughter Yoga is quickly become a leading holistic workout that has a huge range of benefits from lowered blood pressure, reduced anxiety and stress, increased joy and sense of wellbeing and much more!


- Raw Treat Knowledge and Tasty Delights.
 In a one hour sweet treat demo with Shae Willem from Tula Nourish Flow discover how to make deliciously dreamy raw cheesecakes. The hour will be loaded with hints and tips on how to get beautifully smooth textures, the best tools to use and places to purchase your supplies, so you will be all set to head home and whip up a batch of these irresistible goodies! You will then get to indulge in raw cheesecake and other goodies for afternoon tea - delish!
