Room for a Pony sets the stage for a festive degustation of locally sourced, low eco-footprint cuisine. Matt , along with his partner and Sous Chef Joanne Barnett, will pioneer a high-end  vegan, dining experience with  edible insects* alongside traditional, down-to-earth flavours to the palate of the bon vivant.
