WIBAS Christmas Cocktail Event for 2025 - Thursday, 4 December 2025

It’s time to celebrate you — the incredible women shaping the building and construction industry across the Hunter! Join us for our WIBAS Christmas Cocktail Event, an evening of connection, laughter, and a little Hunter Valley sparkle. Expect great company, delicious canapés, flowing drinks, and plenty of reasons to toast another remarkable year.

We’re beyond excited to welcome Lisa McGuigan — the iconic winemaker, innovator, and unapologetic rule-breaker — as our guest speaker. A fourth-generation winemaker and the creative mind behind Lisa McGuigan Wines, Lisa is renowned for her fearless approach, bold branding, and fashion-forward flair. Her story of courage, creativity, and reinvention captures the very essence of the Hunter — and the unstoppable spirit of women leading the way.

To top off the night, enjoy live tunes from Clare Bray, one of the Hunter’s favourite performers, whose soulful sets light up venues from the Newcastle Racecourse to the Valley’s most stylish events.

So come raise a glass, share a laugh, and celebrate another year of WIBAS achievements in style!

AGM Notice:

The WIBAS Annual General Meeting will be held prior to the event at 4:00 PM. All members are invited to attend as we reflect on the year that’s been, celebrate our collective achievements, and welcome the new 2026 Committee.
