Get ready to Train Like a Swift these JULY School Holidays!

We’re excited to announce that our much-loved Train Like A Swift program is back these school holidays!

Tailored especially for netballers aged 11–17 with 2+ years of playing experience, this full-day intensive offers a unique opportunity to take your game to the next level.

Under the guidance of expert coaches' participants will refine their skills with focused, specialist coaching and gain valuable insights into high-performance areas such as fitness and game sense—all capped off with some match play to put learning into action.

We’re thrilled to welcome Sharyn Hill, current Swifts Academy Assistant Coach and former NSW Swifts player, who will lead a specialist session covering all phases of defence. 

One of the day's standout experiences will be an exclusive wellbeing workshop with Michelle Taupau, High Performance & Wellbeing Coach for the NSW Swifts. Drawing on elite sporting environments, Michelle will share practical strategies for building winning habits, creating powerful routines, and staying accountable to your goals.
