We all know sugar is a problem. But giving up sugar is actually easier than you thought. 

On Thursday 17th November, we will be supporting SUGAR BY HALF a movement to raise awareness and help reduce the global sugar consumption. Set up last year by Professor Peter Brukner and public health expert Mei Ling Doery, as the name suggests – there's no need to quit sugar completely, just do your best to halve your intake.

Join the Wellness Project Team & Ambassadors for Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution and learn easy, delicious ways to reduce your sugar intake. We've got some more fabulous recipes, tastings, tips and incredible raffle prizes on offer from Loving Earth and GPA Wholefoods.

Our Speakers for Sweet Addiction include;

Founder of The Wellness Project, Food Stylist and Nutritional Cleanse Coach - Caroline Smith-Wright - Breakfast is often the hardest meal to avoid sugar, Caroline will be sharing her on trend health recipes for delicious sugar free breakfasts and snacks.

Nutritionist - Krys Lojek with be sharing the nitty gritty facts on sugar's hidden truths plus some a great detox meal planner for that transition period to sugar reduced eating.

Jamie's Italian Head Chef and co founder of LUXE catering - Chef Steffen will be cooking his show stopper sugar free recipe.

Prolific wellness healer Eilish Bouchier with her addiction meditations and we are hoping to welcome Dr Mark Donohoe from Integrated medicine

We have also got some great raffle prizes including spots at Lee Holmes Gut Healing course and a Premium Membership to Business Chicks.

PS. We have made this event Free. So it's available for everyone to attend. However, if you would like to donate on the day,  the money will be gratefully received and go to the cost of the venue hire and ingredients. This will help us continue to share our wellness passion and support worthy causes in future months!
