We are delighted to invite you to our Masquerade party and Awards night.

Guest Speaker: Kate Burr - Comedian

Kate Burr, Australia’s MUMber 1 Comedian is the creator of “Recharge Comedy Shows for Mums” and the “Physically Stuffed Mum” in the comedy musical show “Three Stuffed Mums”.

Her hilarious “Mum based” comedy has been seen by more than 7000 parents in over 80 performances.

Kate received a nomination for best emerging comedy in her solo show “Back in 30 Minutes” in her Fringe Debut in 2007. She was also part of the cast for the sold out show “Titters!” that won the Adelaide Fringe People’s Choice Award. She was the co-writer and performer in the multi-award nominated show “Three Stuffed Mums”.

Kate has been interviewed on Channel 7, and appeared in many local and regional newspapers. You can hear Kate on the radio, a regular on “Goers Gals” on the ABC.

Kate’s talents have seen her perform in the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, The Adelaide Fringe Festival, Comedy Clubs around Australia, International Business Conferences and hosted the inaugural GO Festival in Melbourne, Australia.

Kate has been a comedian for over 12 years and a Mum to daughter Lily for 4 years.

The food is a tantalising 5 course Cocktail menu and includes drinks.

Toasted Turkish bread and vegetable crudités with assorted dips
1st course:
Trio of prawn skewers with garlic aioli
2nd course:
Asian spiced pork belly with Asian slaw
3rd course:
Tandoori butter chicken and steamed rice
4th course:
Braised beef check with creamy mash potato
To finish:
Mini cakes and slices

It will be an awesome night. We will have prizes for best female mask, male mask, and couples masks. Cosventure will give 10% off to all BWN Members and Guests.
