Know your rights and obligations surrounding termination of employment or making a position redundant.

This presentation covers major aspects of termination and redundancy in the workplace including current legislation governing aspects of unfair and unlawful terminations. The workshop defines what a ‘redundancy’ is and the processes required for managing them effectively along with terminating workers including recent Case History applied to the workplace. The workshop explores the dos and don’ts that all managerial staff should be aware of when managing these processes.
