Christmas is upon us and sometimes it's best to step away from the Christmas shopping and the hustle and bustle of the world and indulge in something extra special.
Australian importer Craig Merson, founder of The Whisky Company will be presenting six outstanding whiskies handpicked and bottled by independent bottler Signatory Vintage.
Established in 1988 by Andrew and Brian Symington. who have shown they are experts at selecting the finest casks available. The company started out with their first bottling which was a 1968 Glenlivet single cask. Before the company could find a suitable signatory for the bottle it sold out, not a bad start.
The line up of whiskies include
Signatory Vintage 1991 Cambus Cask 24 Years Old Single Grain Scotch Whisky
Signatory Vintage 1990 Glenrothes 25 Years Old Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Signatory Vintage 1989 Bunnahabhain 26 Years Old Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Signatory Vintage 1991 Ben Nevis 24 Years Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Signatory Vintage 2005 Ledaig 10 Years Old Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Signatory Vintage 1989 Isle of Jura 26 Years Old Heavily Peated Island Single Malt Scotch Whisky
All whiskies are taken from either one barrel or a combination of two barrels. Bottled at cask strength with natural colour and nothing else added. These are truly spectacular and not to missed.
So go on indulge yourself in pure brilliance from this Scottish Independent bottler.
