VENDORS: Join YOUR WARDROBE Cairns and buy, swap or sell your clothes, shoes and accessories and convert to CASH. Set your stall as you would an inviting pop up shop, using mirrors and flowers or just keep it simple and make it about your clothes!

We are excited to bring back YOUR WARDROBE Cairns at the Fred Moule Pavilion (Cairns Showgrounds)

The venue is undercover, meaning you won't have to deal with the the sun and the chance of rain changing our date. 

What can you sell? Clothes, shoes, accessories, racewear, Jewellery, for women and men.

This is a CASH ONLY event! So bring your pennies in different denominations. eg $5, $10, $20.

We will be promoting the event via Facebook and Instagram.

You can help us get even more shoppers to come to YOUR WARDROBE Cairns by spreading the word with friends, family and colleagues! Please share on facebook and instagram! As a Vendor you agree to promoting the event to your social networks leading up to the event.

SUPPORT: Upon entering shoppers are encouraged to make a gold coin donation in support of Ruth's Women's shelter. Ruth’s Women’s Shelter is a feminist not for profit organization that provides secure crisis accommodation ensuring optimum safety, guidance and support to women and children escaping Domestic Violence and Family Violence.

Ruth’s has been operating since 1977 thanks to the foresight of the four women founders, Ruth Thomas, Pat O’Hara, Joan Trewern and Jean Bleyerveld who initially formed the Women’s Electoral Lobby in Cairns in 1975. Ruth’s has had ‘3 births’ in relation to accommodation with the first two being houses and the current property being purpose built for the Shelter to provide 6 individual rooms to house 6 families with common areas, eg, kitchens, lounge rooms, children play areas.

We believe women desire to live a life free of violence and we assist women to work towards this goal by providing the following in a non-judgmental, respectful and dignified environment.

• 24 hour support
• practical assistance
• emotional support
• confidentiality and privacy

Your Sellers Ticket includes:

Allocated indoor stall space 3m x 3m

Please understand that we are working with space restrictions, so STRICTLY no more than 2 people for each Vendor Ticket.)

OPEN TO SELLERS FOR SET UP

6am - 8am (please arrive no later than 7.15am)****

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

9am - 1pm (strictly no pack up before 1.01pm)****

Vendor Tickets are non-refundable. If event is to be cancelled for any reason, another day will be chosen for the event and tickets will be transferred to that new date.

There are no ATMs on site so please ensure you bring CASH!

What should I bring?

Please bring your own clothing rack and anything else to display your items. You can pick up affordable racks from Kmart, The Reject Shop and Bunnings.

Bring a selection of change, including $5, $10 notes and make sure you remember to bring coins if you are pricing anything below $5

There will be a bathroom that shoppers can try on items. (It's totally up to you if you want to let people try on your stuff! You can also bring your own pop-up change room if you have one.) It is up to you.
