Join award winning cocktail expert and our very own in-house distiller Sebastian Reaburn at our inner city distillery as he takes you through the production process of Limoncello. 

This is a practical class with one of Australia‚Äôs most knowledgeable cocktail historians teaching you how Limoncello is made, the recipe we use, and how to manage all the ingredients. Each attendee will make 2 x 375ml bottles of their own Limoncello, preparing all the lemon, citrus, botanicals and alcohol in the class. We will then care for your Limoncello while it infuses over two weeks and matures and invite you to collect your bottled product once ready.
