Learn how to make Camembert and Ricotta in these comprehensive and instructional demonstrations facilitated by our collaborative expert cheesemakers. Take home an information booklet of what is covered on the day and have a go at making it yourself.

What will be covered on the night?
- what you need to know before you get started to begin making cheese
- the equipment required
- the ingredients needed
- how to prepare the milk to prepare the process
- detail on trouble shooting and how to avoid problems to increase the chance of success
- in depth detail on the process of making cheese
- ability to have all questions answered in an interactive and informative way by an expert cheese maker
- the confidence to practice what you learned on the night at home

Classes include a custom-pairing menu of same style cheeses made on the night with wine/beer/spirits selected by our expert cheesemakers.
