The last night of the Vivid festival sees Sydney sextet Chaika return to the Django Bar. Sensuous, cinematic and irresistibly danceable, Chaika have been described as “deeply touching and meditative” as well as “exuberant, virtuosic and uplifting”. Their music is a rich tapestry of spine-tingling vocal harmonies that weave seamlessly into instrumental dialogues, drawing influence from the Balkans and jazz.
