It's the time of the year you want to clear out the old and bring in the new! YOUR WARDROBE Cairns is bringing YOUR KID'S WARDROBE Cairns to Life in the Fred Moule Pavilion (Cairns Showgrounds) on the 22nd April 2017. 

With over 50 stalls you will find an amazing collection  of new and preloved clothing and accessories for babies, toddlers and teenagers. Baby Accessories, Bath & Body, Footwear, Gift Items, Jewellry, Room Enhancements, Trend Setting Tween Style.

You can choose to be a vendor, a shopper, or both!

Plenty of parking, so your selling and shopping experience will be a pleasure.

SUPPORT THE ANGELS:

Upon entering shoppers are encouraged to make a gold coin donation in support of The Pyjama Angels, an incredible Foundation giving children in foster care the opportunity to change the direction of their life through learning life skills and confidence.

With an early start, you have all the time you need to make the sales, and then enjoy the rest of your day in style. Get the kids into their picnic outfit and meet the girls for lunch and feel great about being a savvy shopper!

Entry:

Shoppers do not require a ticket for entry however we ask for a gold coin donation at entry with all proceeds for the Pyjama Angels Foundation.

Facilities:

Free on site parking is available to shoppers and the venue is undercover and fully air-conditioned, with bathroom facilities available. Vendors can choose whether a shopper can take items to the bathroom to try on. It is up to each individual vendor to set their conditions and the shopper must abide by their choice.

Cash only transactions:

There are no ATMs on site so please ensure you bring CASH!

THE LOW DOWN - VENDORS:

Join YOUR KID'S WARDROBE Cairns and buy, swap or sell your children's clothes, shoes and accessories and convert to CASH. We provide the venue for you to set up your own pop up shop, using mirrors, flowers or just keep it simple and make it about the clothes!

We will get you started by allocating your stall space, and you provide the rest.

Set-up and pack-down

Open to vendors at 7am - 8am (please arrive no later than 7.15am and be set up by 8am)****

Close at 1pm (strictly no pack up before 1.01pm)****

What can you sell? New and pre-loved Clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, jewellery, anything fashion and child related.

What should I bring?

Please bring your own clothing racks, tables, boxes and anything else to display your items. (Trestle tables are available to hire for $15 and can be purchased along with your vendor ticket)

This is a CASH ONLY event! Bring a selection of change, including $5, $10 notes and make sure you remember to bring coins if you are pricing below $5.

Please provide bags for your customers purchases :-) 

Tell your friends, mummy group, colleagues and make a morning of it! Split a stall with a partner so you can shop and sell! And know that you are contributing to a worthy cause!

Stall holder cost:

If you want to sell at Your Kid's Wardrobe Cairns please purchase your Sellers Ticket ASAP. 

Standard tickets: $50

Trestle table Hire: $15

Standard vendor tickets include:

• ·Allocated indoor stall space (plenty of parking in front of the venue)
• ·Allocated space is 3m x 3m. Please understand that we are working with space restrictions, so STRICTLY no more than 2 Sellers for each Sellers Ticket.)
• ·Promotion on social media platforms Facebook and Instagram.

Terms and conditions:

Bathrooms are available for shoppers can try on items however it is your choice whether to allow this or not. You are responsible for your items location at all times. You can also bring your own pop-up change room if you have one.

As a Vendor you agree to promoting the event to your social networks leading up to the event, which is in your best interest of course!

If the event is cancelled for any reason, another day will be chosen and tickets will be transferred to that new date.
