Ethical Leadership with Catharine Hydon
Ethical leadership is necessary to ensure Early Education and Care Services meet contemporary pedagogical practices and standards which are sensitive to the rights of young children, their families and the communities. Come an experience an interactive session with Catharine Hydon focussing on how leaders in Early education and care setting can understand and implement strategies which provide a structure for their team of educators to understand and actively work with the revised ECA Code of ethics.
