Forgiveness is key to more happiness in your life. Letting go of resentment and accepting in the love and grace of forgiveness is a way to open up to more love and light in your life.

If you have relationships in your life where events have happened which still feel heavy, constricting or charged with fear, the processes we do in this 2hr workshop help you heal.

Who am I to help you?

Following some intense moments in my life, I chose to use the lessons to help others heal too. In 2019, I became a Self Empowerment Coach. I share some parts of my colourful journey and learnings. Through my pain I have been able to transmute the energy of resentment and fear, gather and train using some amazing processes, and work daily to help others heal. My mission is to help more people heal using physical release and closed eye processes to journey through their inner world to discover the highest version of themselves.

What do we do in this workshop?

Supported in Sacred Space, we open (with the option to share our intention) we have physical movement releases throughout, as well as closed eye processes. It is an interactive online event so being ready to release is important. 

What do I need to do this workshop?

Book your ticket. Show up 10mins before. Have a multi colour Pen and the workbook printed out. Wear comfortable clothing as you will need to move a little.
