Starting with the Basics - Aromatherapy 101

If you have an interest in Aromatherapy but don’t know where to start?  You are invited to attend a "Back to Basics" class where you will be gently guided into the wonderful world of essential oils.

During this informative, interactive 2 hour class you will:

- learn what essential oils are and where they come from

- learn how to use them in your every day life

- receive DIY recipes that you can easily make at home

- learn how to get the oils to support your health and well-being

All attendees will receive a sample bag.
