Held only twice a year,  this is a rare opportunity to experience of the unique beauty of the imposing French Gothic-style Dining Room, resplendent with original features and overlooking the magnificent Sweetwater Estate and residence.

Reminiscent of a European Chateau of yesteryear, Sweetwater is a landmark Hunter property and the most significant country vineyard estate in Australia – Sweetwater Wines stands is a symbol of magnificence.

It is a southern european style vineyard estate of a bygone era on the crest of Sweetwater & overlooking the Sweetwater Valley.

The carefully nurtured vineyard, produces the Hunter’s finest wines from Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. 

A guest celebrity chef will prepare a magnificent  menu to celebrate this occasion.

Following canapés and welcome drinks in the grounds, guests will be seated in the stunning and unique Gothic-style dining room, to enjoy a delicious menu, partnered with fabulous Sweetwater Estate wines.
