A Musical Feast Paired with a Long Lunch

Settle in for a sublime afternoon of music and dining at Pialligo Estate by Create Catering, as we welcome the acclaimed Acacia Quartet to The Glasshouse for a special spring concert and long lunch.

Formed in 2010, Acacia Quartet is one of Australia’s most respected string ensembles. Known for their imaginative programming and masterful musicianship, they’ve recorded twelve albums and been twice nominated for an ARIA Award for Best Classical Album. Acacia's performances are regularly broadcast around the world, and they’ve graced stages from the Sydney Opera House to concert halls across Europe and Canada.

On Saturday 20 September, Acacia presents a program of rich and expressive works:

• Joseph Haydn - SQ Op. 76/4 ‘Sunrise’ (24’)
• Nick Wales - 'Harbour Light' (4’)
• Maurice Ravel - SQ (31’)

During the concert you will enjoy a seasonal three-course lunch:

Main
Smoked chicken breast, bush honey glazed asparagus, potato gratin, warrigal greens puree, wholegrain mustard jus (gf)

Shared Sides
Thyme and garlic roasted kipfler potatoes (v)
Heirloom carrots, Persian feta, lemon thyme (gf, v)

Dessert
Salted caramel chocolate tart, caramel popcorn, crème fraiche, chocolate soil crumb (v)

Doors open at 12.00pm, with shared tables of 8–10. You’ll be placed with your booking group, and we’re happy to accommodate seating requests, just let us know.

This will be a rare opportunity to experience world-class music in an intimate setting, paired with thoughtful, seasonal food.
