Urban Property Group Head of Planning Chris Ferreira will outline Urban’s plans for Stage 2 of their Central Coast Quarter development that will feature two major towers rising 36 and 42 storeys alongside their recently completed The Waterfront residential development.

This Stage will comprise a total of 394 apartments including Affordable Housing, 152-key hotel and 2,000sqm retail space. A central retail pavilion and three cascading terraces are designed to link Mann Street and Baker Street, featuring outdoor dining and function spaces.

A senior town planner will with more than 15 years’ experience delivering complex development projects across New South Wales Chris specialises in navigating State Significant Development and alternative approval pathways, including the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA), working closely with local and State government to progress major projects from early due diligence through approvals and into delivery.

At Urban, Chris plays a strategic role across a diverse portfolio that includes city and regional centres, high‑density residential, mixed‑use precincts and large‑scale place‑based projects.
