Seating Allocation

Please advise us of any allocation requests (e.g. "travelling with"). Event staff will endeavour to honour any requests made however all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

General Refunds

All attendees are eligible for a full refund (less booking fees) up to 31 days before the event. Cancellations made within 30 days* before the event will result in forfeiture of your full deposit.

Cover for refunds may be purchased through StickyTickets 'Refund Protect' at the time of ticket purchase. In the case of an event cancellation, ticket refund will be given even if 'Refund Protect' was not purchased.

*excludes cancellations under the 'COVID-19 Policy'.

Booking fees applied by StickyTickets may be non-refundable. Lasseters accepts no responsibility for any fee that StickyTickets retains.

COVID-19 Policy

If you or any of your guests are unable to attend due to interstate border restrictions, travel restrictions, or quarantine orders you will be eligible to receive:

• A full refund (less booking fee) if more than or equal to 31 days before the event.
• A 50% refund (less booking fee) if less than 30 days before the event.

If the Alice Springs Convention Centre is legally unable to accommodate you for lunch in the NT due to COVID-19 restrictions applied locally here in the NT to the operation of the business, a full refund (less booking fees) will be issued.
