Event Details

Come and try a complete high performance athlete training experience at Newcastle's Home of Athlete Development where you will undertake:

  • Baseline movement screening to identify your areas for improvement.
  • Foundation strength training movements for performance development.
  • Foundation plyometric power movements for performance development.
  • Foundation core stability movements for performance development.
  • Foundation speed movements for performance development.
  • Foundation movements to support preparation and recovery.

This opportunity is applicable to athletes from all sports and suitable for ages 14 years and older (male or female).

Given the exclusivity of our service, this is limited to the first 12 athletes to secure tickets.

Current members are invited to attend if they can bring a non-member friend.

Athletes are required to bring a towel, water bottle, and complete an emailed pre-screening document prior to the session to satisfy ASCA training requirements.
