Join us for our June networking dinner featuring Tanya Wilks, who will share her experiences as a pioneer of women in radio.

TANYA WILKS is a Newcastle radio personality best known for hosting the two biggest shows in town. Currently the Tanya & Steve Show on Triple M every weekday morning from 6am. This show has been number one for almost 9 years straight winning every radio survey thus far. And formerly.. the David & Tanya Breakfast Show which was Number One on KOFM for 13 years breaking not just local radio but national radio records as well.

Tanya is a born and bred Novocastrian who has only torn herself away from the bosom of Newcastle once. Back in 1999 she settled in Dublin for a short time after marrying her Irish husband, Michael. They have one son, Lorcan, who is a professional triathlete. At present this mad dog lover doesn’t have a fur child but after recently becoming empty nesters, Tanya & Michaels' spare time is spent zooming around on their ‘armchair on two wheels’ or by its technical name... motorbike.

Ticket price includes a 2-course dinner and drink on arrival at our host venue, Noahs on the Beach.
