Meet your Facilitators


Dr Leanne Elich BMedSc., PhD., GAICD. M.npn

Dr Leanne Elich is an unshakeable optimist. She believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together, one brain at a time. Described as “a visionary thinker with a rare intellect,” Leanne has devoted her professional life to helping advance a vision of the world. She is fascinated by the people and organisations that make the greatest and longest-lasting impact.

Her work has uncovered remarkable patterns in how people think, behave, and communicate in their best environments. An award-winning. Sales Psychology and Business Strategist, Author and Master Neuroplastician, Leanne is a pioneering thought leader and sought after expert in psychology and neuroscience applied to business.

With a PhD in Cognitive Neuropsychology and a graduate of the University of Sydney, Harvard Business School and Harvard Medical School, Leanne teaches businesses how to think differently, create value and set pathways for industry leadership.

She continues to share inspiration through her books, courses and award-winning programs. In addition, Leanne is the founder of Leanne Elich Consulting, an advisory firm specialising in teaching the tools, tactics and strategies to ethically influence consumer behaviour.

Leanne currently has a catalogue of publications and was awarded the 2023 - Top 20 Women in Business.

Leanne’s unconventional and innovative views on business and leadership have attracted international attention. She regularly contributes to local and national media outlets, including ABC Radio and the Sydney Morning Herald. Leanne is also an Honorary Clinical Fellow at the Queensland University of Technology, an international Keynote Speaker and a Women in Leadership advisor.

Her mission: Changing business, one brain at a time.

Nathaniel Hodges

Nathaniel is the owner and CEO of Outliers Consulting, a specialised interdisciplinary development company focused on psychology, business and leadership. He’s done extensive study in the field of psychology, is a trained meditation teacher, independent researcher, owner and founder of multiple businesses, and the author of 3 books.

Nathaniel completed his undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and lectured and tutored there straight after graduation. During this time, he conducted research that profiled mood states, physical injury, and performance with some of Australia’s best athletes.

He then founded his own range of innovative training studios in Brisbane and conducted private coaching with high-level athletes, using psychology to develop and maximise their performance. During this time, he re-engaged his studies in Developmental Psychology.

After some success in small business, Nathaniel went on to help build a company called NXT LVL, a dedicated business and personal development agency still in operation today with its original founder. During this time, he re-engaged his tertiary education in Classic Psychology.

In November 2019, Nathaniel founded his own boutique consulting company, Outliers. He designed and transitioned his business to focus on the advanced psychological development of the individual. Outliers is now an interdisciplinary development company dedicated to bringing the best-known practices, processes, maps and models of human flourishing from across the world all in one place.

Nathaniel helps leaders better understand the powerful and often untapped intersection of self, culture, and business through specialised growth coaching. He identifies, unlocks, and cultivates genius in the high-performing individuals who lead complex organisations and enterprises.
