A buyers’ agent, property investor and professional economist with over 20 years’ experience in the property industry. He is a research expert and highly skilled in investment analysis and negotiation techniques that can deliver real savings for his clients. Rich and his team have purchased over 2500 properties for their clients. As Australia’s leading Buyers Agent, Rich has won 30 major awards including the prestigious National Telstra Business award and also named the winner "Best Buyers Agent in Australia" by the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA)

2. Simon Orbell, Co-Founder and Director of Mortgage Advice at Smartmove 

As Co-Founder and Director of Mortgage Advice at Smartmove, I provide inspiration and possibilities to all property buyers. I also support and develop the Smartmove team in both a leadership and mentoring capacity. I have more than 12 years’ experience in the mortgage and finance industry.

What motivates me is getting up every morning and being able to help my clients and colleagues to grow, prosper and achieve their goals. I am proud of the team at Smartmove and excited for the future. On a personal note, my wife and I are proud parents to two beautiful children. I have a passion for surfing, the outdoors and meditation.

3. John Cunningham, Managing Director Cunninghams Real Estate and President REINSW

A person of great integrity, highly respected and a consummate professional, John commenced his career in Real Estate in 1977 with a very simple philosophy—to establish business relationships built on trust. Opening Cunninghams Property in 1991 with his wife, Ann, John integrated this philosophy into the burgeoning business.

Since then, John's innovative and personal approach coupled with his expertise and intimate knowledge of the market, have set Cunninghams as a benchmark business in the industry. John is a proud and active member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, serving on the Board of Directors for the past ten years and in November 2015 was elected as President for a two year term. His goals of turning the industry into a profession have been set in motion as he forges positive change for agents and consumers alike.

4. Amy Stead - Director / Senior Designer & Stylis, Amazema Interiors

Amy launched her design studio 12 years ago has which evolved into Amazema Interiors, focusing on Property Styling and Interior Design projects within Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Amy took her experience from Commercial Interior Design Projects & Furniture design, and has expanded into Residential Property Design & Styling over the last 9 years.

Amy believes in design with heart, embedding everything she does with care, love and joy which shows in her work and team. Her aim is to create spaces people love to live in and to create happiness in their lives.

Her creative success can also be seen through the Amaze By Amy (LINK) personalised furniture & Textiles line along with a list of successful design achievements, awards and exhibitions.

Amy began her studies at COFA UNSW (Bachelor of Design, Honours) where she later went on to become a lecturer in the School of Object Design, she has also furthered studies in Textile design in Copenhagen at the Danish Design School and Teaching Interiors at The Sydney Design School.

Education and the sharing knowledge is a strong theme in Amy’s career which she continues with the mentoring of design students and the opening up of positions for work experience with in her business.
