A hands on cheese making class hosted by Carole Willman, an experienced cheese-maker and co-author of Australia’s most popular cheese making book ‘Home Cheese-making: The Secrets of How to Make Your Own Cheese and Other Dairy Products’.

 Having conducted over 1,000 cheese making workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand we’ve got the best in the business to teach you how to make a quick mozzarella/bocconcini, mascarpone and cultured butter so you walk away with all the skills required to make your very own cheese at home.

Carole will take you through the entire cheese making process from start to end outlining the equipment and ingredients needed and share all the tricks of the trade as you make your very own cheese that you can then take home to share with friends and family or keep it all for yourself.

Classes also include a tasting of same style cheeses made on the night with a complimentary glass of house-made wine or beer.
