Tantrum Youth Arts in partnership with Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery presents ‘Mapping the Lake' - an outdoor, multi-arts, site-specific performance, theatrically mapping stories of people and place.
Put on your walking shoes and come on an after-dark adventure.
Navigate your way from north to south, exploring what it means to live by the Lake.
Immerse yourself in storytelling, song, movement, and multimedia installations and make your mark on our map for the future.
'Mapping the Lake' brings together young people, emerging and professional artists, from Toronto High, Valentine Public School, Ngarrama Productions, Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery and Tantrum Youth Arts to create and present this immersive cultural event.
Special thanks to Lake Macquarie Youth Advisory Council, LMCAG Aboriginal Reference Group and Miromaa for their support and guidance in making this project possible.
