The Monthly Unwind - Be your own energy healer

Elle's monthly reset event, The Monthly Unwind allows participants to step back from their daily lives and re-evaluate where they are and what they want to achieve. All events have a spiritual edge to them, with a channeled message from your guides to be taken home after a short closing meditation.

April's event focuses on the energetic healing techniques Elle has been taught over her 10 years as a psychic and energy healer. 

Attendees will learn how to feel the energy of others, to see and understand auras with the intention of leaving the session fully equipped to heal themselves from psychic attack and other types of energetic blocks. 

As always, dinner will be provided (please inform Elle of any dietary requirements) and the session will take place in the relaxed and healing workshop space at the Cowork Collective. 

Attendees will leave feeling refreshed, in touch with their guides and their intuitive and spiritual abilities to heal energies and situations that are no are longer serving them.
