The Amazing Race has finally come to Newcastle!

Where brains beat brawn!

Teams of 4 solve clever clues and face fun challenges all while navigating the urban Newcastle landscape via foot.

An exciting day out for everyone where you can discover some of Newcastle's hidden secrets.

Fantastic prizes to be won including:

1st Prize: 7 nights accommodation at the Bali Shangrila Beach Club (worth approximately $1000)

2nd Prize: A cruise for 6 people on Lake Macquarie (worth $350)

Fun for all ages and all fitness levels!

(Participants under the age of 18 must have at least one supervising adult on their team)

All money raised will support two local charities - Lifeline Hunter/Newcastle and the Vera Deacon Regional History Fund

 

WHEN: Saturday 2nd April 2011

TIME: 9.00am – 12.00 noon

WHERE: The race starts in front of the Maritime Centre, Newcastle 

DRESS:  Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed team and the best team name

COST : Only $45.00 per team of 4
